KEMA Real Estate is offering full service MLS listings for the incredibly low fee of 3.49%, not the typical 6% charged by most real estate companies.  There are no upfront fees with this special and no transactions fees on the back end.  Upon the sale of the property, 0.49% will be paid to KEMA Real Estate and 3% to the broker bringing the buyer.
