Buyer's Rebate Programs - Giving You Cash Back at Closing

Congratulations!  You have decided to purchase a home, or are thinking about buying one.  If you have found your way to KEMA Real Estate then you are already financially ahead.  We offer a unique program to buyers.

We will rebate to you 1% of the purchase price on homes we assist you in buying with the seller's permission.  This offer applies to all homes priced at $100,000 and above.

How do we do this?  We recognize that with today's technology, you are able to drive the majority of your own home search.  In other words, you are not completely dependent upon us to search for properties.  Usually, by the time we show you a property, you have already seen photos of it on the internet and oftentimes, even a video.   We believe that you should be reimbursed for the amount of work you do in searching for your home.

We recognize that purchasing a home is a major investment for your family both financially and emotionally.  We strive to give you professional service and to make the process as easy as possible for you.

To get started, send us a list of what you are looking for by filling out the Property Search Request Form.  With this information, we will provide you with a current list of houses that meet your criteria.  We will also notify you via email whenever a new property matching your criteria comes on the market - this way you don't miss any great properties.

In the following reports, you'll find the information you need to make a wise buying decision.  We'll take you through the planning process step-by-step , to help you determine which home is right for you.  You'll find a host of informative articles on mortgages, viewing homes, the offer, closing details and moving.

Please contact us if you have any questions about buying a home.
