If you are thinking of selling your home, we will list it in the MLS for a flat fee of $349 to KEMA, plus you pay 3% to the broker / agent that brings you a buyer.

The following are included in our fee of $349:

• 6 month listing in MLS (You may include up to 10 photos on MLS and 25 on Realtor.com)
• Full representation by KEMA throughout the entire process, from the pricing of the property to the presentation of offers to the closing table.  We remain fully available to you throughout the process.
• Property listed with Centralized Showing Service (They will take calls from REALTORS® to schedule showings and collect feedback from the REALTORS®.  You can then access the feedback via an email link that KEMA will send you.)
• Professional metal sign for length of listing and electronic lockbox for length of listing 
• Professional property flyers and use of flyer holder
• Customized website with up to 25 photos of your property and a virtual tour.  (For an example, click here)
• Extensive exposure on the internet, including featured as a "Showcase" listing on Realtor.com.  Publication on other top real estate websites, including but not limited to: Google, Yahoo Classifieds, House.com, Facebook, Craigslist, Trulia, Real Estate Advisor, The Housing Pages, Homescape, Backpage 

To offer this service at this price, we do require full payment of the $349 upon contract with us.  We commit to having your home listed in the MLS within 48 hours of receiving your payment
and all of the required forms and contracts.
At this price, we ask you to take your own room measurements and to provide your own photos, if possible.   If you are unable to do this for some reason, we will provide assistance.

We have worked to make the listing process as easy as possible for you.
Below is an explanation of the process.

1. Call or email us with your property's address and a description of your property.  You can also fill out a Home Evaluation Form.
2. With this information, we will send you comps for your home to help you set a list price.  We will also send you the contracts and forms necessary to list your home in the MLS.  We are available to discuss pricing strategies as needed.
3. You fill out the MLS Data Input Form as thoroughly as possible and then fax or email it back to us along with the listing contract.  We are fully available to answer any questions you have as you work your way through the documents.  We pride ourselves on our customer support.  You are not just a number or a property to us.  We are here to help you and your family.
4. Upon receipt of the MLS forms and payment, we list your property in the MLS.  We will usually have a property in the MLS and ready to be shown within 24-48 hours of receiving all documents from you.
