For the first time this week, we broke the 100 mark! For the past week, the average sessions per day has been 101!
It isn't unusual for us to have days where we have over 100 visitors to KEMA's website, but this is the first time where we have sustained it for this period of time.
This is good news for our sellers; it means that our internet advertising efforts are working. The most common way that visitors find their way to this website is because they have seen one of our listings advertised on Craigslist, Yahoo, DFW Backpage, Google, etc. One of the best ways to draw visitors to a house - lots and lots of pictures.

FYI - In the next several days, I plan on rolling out a way that our sellers can add comments about their houses directly to our website. It is another way to give each house more of a story.
