Wow what a weekend! We are starting to see a marked increase in activity and traffic. We've been seeing an increase online for the past 5-6 weeks, but it is now starting to translate into increased showing activity. A very busy weekend and a very busy Monday - lots of BUZZZZ.
Currently, the most activity continues to be first time home-buyers looking at homes priced $150,000 and below.
Personally, one our listings received an offer and and our team wrote mulitple offers this weekend. Way to go!!!
